Registration for BledCom 2010 starts today!
Starting today, you can register for participating at BledCom 2010 at BledCom website at http://www.bledcom.com/home/registration
Until April 15, 2010 you can register at an early bird fee offering a 10% discount. Authors of the winning papers for BledCom 2010 are eligible for a special, "Speakers fee". We also acknowledge an additional 10% discount for members of EUPRERA.

Government Communication with honorary sponsorship from Slovenian president dr. Danilo Türk
BledCom 2010, taking place at Vila Bled on July 2 and July 3 2010, will address Government Communication: the communication and public relations activities of government and government agencies - at international, national, regional, and local levels. The management of communication such as capacity building, e-government and e-governance, public diplomacy, and nation-building and national development will also be discussed. BledCom 2010 will happen under honorary sponsorship from President of the Republic of Slovenia dr. Danilo Türk.
We are proud to announce that almost 60 public relations experts responded to the Call for papers for this years symposium. Over 20 authors have been asked to provide full papers discussing government communication - and you will be able to hear them at Bled. Please note that a draft programme of BledCom 2010 will be available by mid February at BledCom’s website.
BledCom 2010 Proceedings to be published
All papers presented at BledCom 2010 are to be published in “BledCom 2010 proceedings”. The rich BledCom books collection will thus get yet another member. Please visit BledCom’s website to see the existing BledCom books collection.
BledCom 2010 presenting two special prizes for best papers
For the second year in a row, The Institute for Public Relations will award authors of the best papers accepted for presentation at BledCom 2010. The Institute for Public Relations BledCom Special Prize of €500 will be awarded to the author of the winning paper. In addition, best papers will also be awarded with Pristop BledCom Special Prize of €500, presented by Pristop.
