New deadline for submission of paper abstracts for BledCom 2010 – December 31, 2009!
There is still time to submit the abstract of papers for the 17th BledCom symposium. First set on November 15, 2009, the deadline in now prolonged to December 31, 2009.
Abstracts of 500-800 words are to be submitted via e-mail bledcom@pristop.si. Submitted abstracts will undergo a blind peer review, and authors will be notified of the results by January 31, 2010. Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to submit about 25 double-spaced pages long papers until March 1, 2010. Panel Proposals for BledCom 2010 are also to be submitted by March 1, 2010. BledCom 2010, taking place in Slovenia on July 2 and July 3 2010, will address Government Communication: the communication and public relations activities of government and government agencies – at international, national, regional, and local levels. The management of communication such as capacity building, e-government and e-governance, public diplomacy, and nation-building and national development will also be discussed.
