Dinners amidst unspoilt nature

BledCom 2018 will feature dinners in three remarkable locations. Dinner on Thursday, July 5 will take place in Skipass Restaurant, Kranjska Gora; dinner on Friday July 6 will be offered a Vila Podvin Radovljica; and dinner on Saturday, July 7 will be offered at Gostilna Krištof, Predoselje (near Kranj).

The price of a 3-course conference dinner with a complimentary glass of wine is 45 EUR (22% VAT included).

Dinner on Thursday, July 5, 2018 will take place in Skipass Restaurant, situated in a renowned ski resort Kranjska Gora that lies in the immediate vicinity of the three borders between Slovenia, Austria, and Italy. Chef Mojmir Šiftar offers a taste of the area and experience of a fine dining at its very best. The dishes are prepared with fresh local ingredients with recipes that have been passed down through generations. The restaurant’s culinary experience mirrors its unique location as it offers a delicious mixture of Slovenian, Austrian, and Italian cuisine.

Dinner on Friday, July 6, 2018 will take place in Vila Podvin, a part of the Podvin estate that goes at least as far back as the 14th century. Vila Podvin was altered from stables into a restaurant in 1968. Today, it has a reputation for an excellent restaurant. Chef Uroš Štefelin keeps in touch with tradition by using local ingredients when preparing traditional dishes that have nearly slipped into oblivion. Vila Podvin values tradition, love of home, quality of the ingredients, and concern for a healthier future.

Dinner on Saturday, July 7, 2018 will take place in Gostilna Krištof, a family restaurant oriented mainly in the modern culinary ideas that intertwine with Slovenian tradition and the world gourmet novelties. The inspiration of Krištof Bolka and his family comes from the fresh seasonal ingredients (at least 4 new menus per year, current weekly menus ....) in combination with a wide selection of domestic and international wine labels.
