However, we have also received individual requests for extending the deadline and have already individually agreed to those requests.  Those of you in the US have told us that several universities are starting their spring semester on January 14 and that has consumed your attention. Further, you have told us that the deadline has snuck up on you as in the past it was February 1.

So, we have decided that it is best to extend the deadline to the usual date of February 1 this year also.
